WHAT IS OUR POLICY FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE PROCESS
- Identification data: name, surname, title, date of birth, birth number (if assigned), marital status, including any adjustment of the extent of community of property,
- Contact details of the client: telephone number, e-mail address, address of permanent residence or other residence in the Czech Republic, correspondence address (if different from the address of permanent residence),
- Natural person doing business - business name, distinguishing supplement, place of business, registration number, tax identification number,
- data processed for the purpose of fulfilling the obligations arising from Act No 253/2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalisation of the proceed ofs crime and terrorist financing: place of birth, nationality, gender, type and number of identity card, state/authority that issued the identity card, period of validity of the identity card.
The above-mentioned data is necessary for us to prepare contractual documents with our clients; therefore, you voluntarily provide us with such data for this purpose as our client. In the event that we would like to use this data for a purpose other than the activities arising from contractual relationship with you or to fulfil our obligations under the law, we need your consent to process your data.

- for the purpose of performing a business relationship or providing a service – the processing of personal data is necessary for the proper performance of the rights and obligations arising from the contractual relationship with client; for this purpose, the client's personal data is entered into our database on the basis of legitimate interest,
- for the fulfilment of obligations arising from the law (e.g. according to Act No. 563/1991 Coll., on Accounting, Act No. 253/2008 Coll., on certain measures against the legalization of proceeds of crime and terrorist financing, etc.)
- in order to protect their rights and legally protected interests
with the consent of the client
- For other purposes – in particular for marketing purposes, etc.
We store personal data only for the time necessary for the implementation of the business relationship or provision of services; in the case of consent to the processing of personal data, then for the period specified in this consent.

- We will also transfer personal data to third parties for the purpose of protecting our rights and legally protected interests (e.g. to our cooperating law firms). The scope of the personal data provided in this case will be limited to the data necessary for the successful assertion of our claim.
- At the client's request, we will also provide personal data to other third parties, but only to the extent necessary and only in connection with the services that these third parties will provide for our company or the client. These include, for example, our cooperating expert for the purpose of drawing up an expert opinion on the value of the property or a financial advisor for the purpose of processing an offer for financing the purchase of the property, etc.
HOW WE PROCESS PERSONAL DATA
- We process and store personal data in electronic form by means of computer technology and in paper form.
- We store clients' personal data in paper and electronic form in our company's business premises, where unauthorised persons are prevented from access by the usual means (locked doors, personal supervision of company employees, etc.). Access to personal data is restricted to company employees and the above-mentioned processors. All such persons are bound by legal or contractual confidentiality.
- Access to the client's personal data is also protected by a system of access passwords and rights.
